Booking Process — What To Expect

1. Request Your Booking

Submit the booking form with your event details — date, time, location, type of service, and number of hours. I will review availability and send you a personalized quote shortly.

2. Agreement & Deposit

Once your date is approved, I will email you the Service Agreement along with instructions to submit your non-refundable deposit to secure your event.

3. Booking Confirmed

Your event is officially booked once the deposit is received. I will assign the artist(s) for your event and confirm all details with you.

4. Event Day

The artists arrive 15 minutes early for setup. We bring all materials needed and work efficiently to provide your guests with a smooth, fun, and professional experience.

Quick Notes

• Deposit is non-refundable and required to reserve your date.
• Outdoor events must provide shade for the artist.
• For large events, additional artists may be recommended.
• Private events: Payment is typically due on the event day.
• Corporate, schools, organizations, and business accounts: Payment may be made by check, invoice, or according to the organization’s payment policy.

Final payment is due according to the instructions provided on your invoice or booking confirmation.

For busy events, the line will close 30 minutes before the end time to ensure all guests in line are served.
